Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of paxowl.com and the PaxOwl waitlist (the "Site"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms cover the website and waitlist only; separate terms will apply to the PaxOwl app when it launches.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about the PaxOwl beta and launch. It is not a purchase, a subscription, or a guarantee of access, timing, features, or price. Beta invitations are limited and sent at our discretion (our first beta is Android-first). We may change, pause, or end the waitlist at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist, and you agree to provide accurate information (a real first name, email address, and phone platform). Please keep your information current.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site — for example, don't attempt to disrupt or interfere with it, access it in unauthorized ways, submit false or automated sign-ups, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The PaxOwl name, the owl mark, and the content and design of this Site are owned by Jason Frank and protected by applicable law. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the app will ship on any particular timeline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jason Frank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
